According to Transworld Motocross, Josh Hill is still recovering in the hospital, following surgery to repair his shattered femur, fractured pelvis, broken right humerous, and a partially collapsed lung. They then noted, that on Saturday he began a battle with compartment syndrome, where he underwent another surgery to relieve the pressure.
