MX2 Class
The MX2 class was all about Marvin Musquin. The French Red Bull KTM Factory rider took the holeshot in the first moto. The pack behind himhad a massive pile up as they began to head up the hill, which gave him that much more of a lead. Going into the second lap, it was Musquin in first, Frossard in second, Simpson in third, and Roczen in fourth. Around half way into the race, Simpson slowed down and Baker and Osborne worked their way around him.
The second moto was more Musquin dominance. He took his KTM to the holeshot, with Simpson and Osborne close behind. As the laps kept ticking, Musquins lead kept increasing. By half way Musquin was way out in front, still leading osborne and simpson. Unfortunately the race couldnt continue, as a massive Red Bull Banner fell on the track, collecting a few riders, which lead to the race being red flagged.
Keep an eye out for Musquin, who will surely be a contender in the 2011 and 2012 seasons, when he will be racing for KTM in the USA.

MX2
The first moto saw Antonio Cairoli take the holeshot, with Alessi and Townley in tow. The racing was super close between the three, with 4th and 5th place riders, Langston and Desalle about a second behind. Townley seemed to really be on his game, with the fastest lap of the race while battling with Alessi. Unfortunately while battling, Alessi took out Townley. Cairoli while continuing to dominate, had Alessi behind him in second, who also had a massive gap over 3rd place. Cairoli's comfortable lead quickly withered away as Alessi eventually caught up, and the began to battle. Alessi got a nice pass to stick on him, but unfortunately couldnt hold it, and he was re passed with two laps to go, giving Cairoli the win.
The second moto saw the same KTM team mates take the holeshot, but it seemed as if Townley was on a mission. Quickly making up ground on the two KTM riders. He eventually made a great pass through Mt St Helens, passing both riders on the inside and taking the lead. Clearly townley was really on his game at that point, and he simply dominated, nobody at that point could put up any sort of challenge. The battle for second ensued. Alessi and Desalle fought for second, with Desalle being the eventual winner of that position. Cairoli and Alessi began battling for third, and they had a great race going on, swapping positions on multiple occasions. Alessi ended up 4th, with Cairoli in third, taking the overall win.
